Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Ready API offers subscription-based access to API services. Payments are processed at the time of purchase and grant access for the selected billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Eligible situations include: duplicate charges, technical issues preventing service access for more than 24 hours, or accidental purchases. Usage of the service may reduce refund eligibility.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us through the Telegram bot or via the contact page with your order ID and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Payments for services that have been substantially used (more than 50% of the billing period or data limits consumed) are generally non-refundable.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes will be posted on this page.
