Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ready API ("the Service"), operated by our team. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Ready API is an API marketplace that provides developers and businesses with access to a curated collection of data APIs, including but not limited to Islamic content (Quran, Azkar), Egyptian pharmaceutical databases, financial market data, and e-commerce resources. The Service is offered in multiple tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited access with rate restrictions and basic API endpoints
  • Pro Tier: Expanded access with higher rate limits, additional endpoints, and priority support

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

3. API Key Usage

  • API keys are personal and non-transferable
  • You must not share, publish, or embed API keys in client-side code
  • You may generate multiple keys for different applications
  • Compromised keys should be revoked immediately from the dashboard
  • We may rotate keys periodically for security purposes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competing API marketplace
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data beyond normal API usage
  • Distribute, resell, or sublicense API access without explicit written permission
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Rate Limits & Fair Usage

Each plan has defined rate limits (requests per minute and per day). We monitor usage to ensure fair distribution of resources. Excessive usage beyond plan limits may result in:

  • Temporary rate limiting (HTTP 429 responses)
  • Suspension of API key access
  • Account suspension or termination for repeated violations

We reserve the right to adjust rate limits at any time to maintain service stability and performance.

6. Data Quality & Accuracy

Data provided through our APIs is sourced from third-party providers and public databases. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the data. You should verify critical data before making decisions based on it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its API interfaces, documentation, codebase, and branding, is proprietary. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent. Data obtained through the APIs may be subject to additional usage restrictions from the original data providers.

8. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by third-party processors. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our Refund Policy. Unpaid invoices may result in immediate service suspension.

9. Service Level & Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions. Pro users may receive priority support and advance notice of planned maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready API and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ready API, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or behavior that threatens the stability or security of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with changes, you should discontinue use and terminate your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.

15. Payments & Refunds

  • All subscription payments are final once a subscription has been activated.
  • Digital products and API subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only considered under the conditions described in the Refund Policy.
  • Customers agree to the Refund Policy when purchasing a subscription.
